I wanted to post photos of the native (to SE US) rain lily Zephyranthes atamasca, also called the Atamasca lily.

I took these photos at the Birmingham Botanical Garden (AL) last April. If you really want to study rain lilies check out Garden Bulbs for the South by Scott Ogden, Second Edition, Timber Press, 2007.
