    User, I would get that done ASAP. I hope it is nowhere near your home as it could cause a lot of damage or worse. Be sure the people that do it are licensed and bonded. This is not a do it yourself project.

    If it's anywhere near your house or looks like it could damage it in any way, I'd double check your home owners insurance to see if you're covered from fallen tree damage although they might get you with the clause that it was not weather related.

    Removal of a tree like that is not something that should be done by someone without experience. I suggest you seek out an International Society of Arboriculture-certified arborist. You can search by zip code here:
