A fun way to reuse a thrift store teacup, this easy to create pin cushion adds a little flare to your favorite sewers table.
This is an easy to make (and practical gift) for anyone who loves sewing. Perfect for Mothers' Day
inexpensive to make with a yard sale teacup, scrap fabric, a scouring pad and trim
find a fabric which coordinates with your teacup- I chose this blue and white toile I had on hand
wrap your scrubby pad with fabric and secure snugly with rubber band. You can also use fabric fill or a ready made pin cushion if it fits in cup.
Glue cushion into cup and adorn with trim and accents. A tiny scissors attached with ribbon are pretty and useful. I also little added a gift tag on a pin
