I need ideas for replacing florescent lights diffuser panels.

We have several ugly 1ftx4ft florescent ceiling lights in our house. Looking for ideas to replace the yellowing plastic covers without having to replace the entire fixture.

Home Depot sells the replacement plastic covers.

Why not use a nice piece of hand made rice paper or such. Maybe adding a stencil...
