I don't have houseplants, but I first noticed them after bringing bananas home from the grocery store. Evidently they breed real fast. I tried the apple cider vinegar and caught some. I cleaned the trash can and poured ammonia in it and down my drains. Woke up this morning and there are just a few left! Thanks for the help, they are so aggravating.
