Anyone with ideas in this area for plants. Full sun, drought tolerant, low maint, favorite color purple. Should I raise the empty area in the front to place some annuals and perrennials. Thinking about purple coneflower, purple salvia, purplewave petunias.? Should I move the smaller shrubs Help! Please

A Weeping Cherry. They are smallish, easy to maintain and are very attractive. I wish I had a bunch of them! So lovely.
