Anyone with ideas in this area for plants. Full sun, drought tolerant, low maint, favorite color purple. Should I raise the empty area in the front to place some annuals and perrennials. Thinking about purple coneflower, purple salvia, purplewave petunias.? Should I move the smaller shrubs Help! Please

I would move 6 small shrubs and 3 only three around a compact growing new variety of crape myrtle (purple); centering front of window. By the picture, it difficult to determine if this is possible. Check the hugh variety of african daisies ground coverings, some variety become perennials which give you flowers for about 3 seasons. They come in a variety of of purples; from a hue of lavander to beautiful deep violet.
