Anyone with ideas in this area for plants. Full sun, drought tolerant, low maint, favorite color purple. Should I raise the empty area in the front to place some annuals and perrennials. Thinking about purple coneflower, purple salvia, purplewave petunias.? Should I move the smaller shrubs Help! Please

One of those dwarf laceleaf maple trees would give you the burgandy color to accent all the green. They only get a few feet tall and they weep down. I keep mine trimmed up underneath instead of letting it get out of control and weep to the ground. It's very attractive. And the branches would give you some winter interest after the leaves fall. Flowers will only give you color and interest part of the year.
