Repurposing Solar Lights

This is just a cute lil' way I get my spiders going on their own. I used the bottoms of some cheap solar lights (cheap as in quality...not price grrrr) so they already poke in and out of the ground readily. Throw some dirt in the cups, tamp in the spiderlets firmly and water...excess water runs right out the bottom hole. After their rootball is established, cut the 'cord' away from Mama plant and pop the whole thing out of the cup and replant in a larger pot! And awaaay it goes.

Add to this post...Thanks! I paid $30 for six of them and they didn't even last 2 months so I sure wasn't going to just throw them away...I knew I'd eventually find a use for 'em.
