number of code violations in the work done by the previous owner that we'll be able to fix as we move forward in the project. I was worried we were going to have to either live with a series of oddly connected rooms, or tear out the whole basement and $tart over, he's only moving 2 walls over about 2 feet, moving a couple of doors and building a hallway and the whole place works!
It always great to hear about good experiences, plus its not to late. I have family in and out for the month during their vacations. So I haven't started. Patiently awaiting for all visitors to leave. Then I will start the deep cleaning and finding all my stuff they used and put up for me.. LOL Then get back on track with the basement..
