I planted my jasmine plants over 2 years ago, for the first time they flowered but only for about a week and now nothing

I planted my jasmine plants over 2 years ago, for the first time they flowered but only for about a week and now nothing again, and they don't have any sent to them. any ideas????

    my phone is messed up right now err I will do it asap but it has tiny white flowers on it but only a few, this is the first time it actually flowered too.
