Easy
It's amazing, what a can of paint and a little elbow grease can do!
Refinishing a 'gifted' upper cabinet for my craft/sewing room was easy & adds a lot of storage to a very small room
The Before & After of my Sewing/Craft room addition
Gifted Upper Cabinet
Door off & tacky contact paper This needed Goo Gone to get all of it off!
Contact paper finally removed.
I used a foam sanding block to lightly sand the piece.
I lightly sanded the entire piece inside & out, just enough to give it some 'tooth' for the paints to adhere.
Priming the inside using Kilz primer
Priming the inside & outside
2 coats of semi-gloss paint
I spray painted the hardware white & changed out the handle to a crystal pull. The open side holds my current projects
The right side holds all of my spray paints (4 cans deep).
