What is the best way to get nail polish off the wall? Nail polish remover did not work...and took some paint off...

if the polish remover did not work...you can sand it off then do some paint touch up...sounds like some young'ins were involved. -
You might try Goo Gone but try in an inconspicuous place first. -
KMS is on the right track. Depending upon the color, you may need to touch it with some stain blocking primer before painting.
