Use Your Left Over Potato Water in the Garden.

Don't throw out that left over potato water. Put it to use in the garden. Be sure it is unsalted (salted water will hurt your plants.)
Pour it on the garden near your plants.Starchy potato water will spur the release of plant nutrients in the soil so it makes a great addition. (plants like starch better than your figure does!)

Rachel H. The soap in the dishwater kill aphids and repells other harmful mites/bugs. That why I use it in my sprayers and seems to work for most of my yard also. I'm going to try it tomorrow because I've noticed a lot of baby grasshoppers and hope this deters them from devouring the lawn.
