Not quite sure without seeing the bark and foliage placement, but it looks like a relative of pulmeria (aka frangi-pangi in the south)

Looks like some type of Honeysuckle, but NOT a vine. Have you crushed one of the flowers & smelled it??

It's definitely a type of honeysuckle. We have some growing on the trellis that covers one side of our pergola. The fragrance is very evident in early morning, or early evening, and it has a very sweet odor to itl Plant some right outside your window, and you will have a natural 'room deodorizer'! And the cost is great, because it's 'free', especially if you take a little walk into the woods, & cut a few pieces of the wild variety!!! LOL!!!

Here are some pictures from the link Kellli E Posted. Apparently it's a subtropical, native to Australia but planted all over Florida and California...

cut a piece and take it to a local nursery or a home depot garden rep....they can identify it. The blooms do resemble both honeysuckle and jasmine, but not in a tree form like your photo. Where are you located? I'd like to know what it is too. Can you post it when you find out?

The leave look like a Magnolia tree - very glossy. Not like the Honeysuckle leaf. My guess a Yellow Magnolia.

Thank you all for the info. Definetly what Kelli E.,Sharon W., And Sandy G suggested. It is a Sweetshade! I am so stoked. Had it for 4-5 years and didn't have a clue what it was. I saw a tree with the seed pods and planted the pods. Thank you

Glory Bower - we moved to a house with one and it took months to track down its identity. Check out this link http://www.pic2fly.com/Glory+Bower+Tree.html
