Thanks everyone for those WONDERFUL compliments! -
I LOVE THIS!!!!! -
Love this! Great idea for an old headboard. -
Love it! Brought home a white metal headboard from an old twin bed someone had put out in their trash. Wasn't sure what to do with it, this sure gives me an idea. -
Great job!! -
I did the same thing, but I picked up an old baby crib headboard & footboard that I found on the street! I painted it in brilliant colors & placed it in my garden. Everyone that sees it can't believe that I made this & tell me how beautiful it is!! -

I'm all about recycling so I love it. I once saw a crib set in the yard loaded up with flowers. It brought a whole new meaning to the term flowerbed. -
Some people are just so clever. That's a lovely piece. -
Great job and nice seating. Very nice piece of new furniture. -
Nice project! -
How creative. That is just great. -
I love it!! -
I like to make stuff like that too, in miniature. I have an miniature antique shop I built myself and made everything in it out of common household objects. -
To Roxy D - How clever & imaginative! I too love miniatures, but then again, there's not too much I DON'T like!! -
It's a fun hobby,Kim. -

Thank you! Yes...I don't think it would have been near as cute, any other color. -

Thanks Kris Cole ....Good luck! -
OK I need to get my Honeybunny aka husband to see this. Perfect in our small backyard by the pond. We are heading to Santa Barbara and Los Olivios this weekend. I will keep my eyes open for a headboard. Or even a crib as Kim did. Love Summer in California!!
