Modified Pull Bar for Laminate Floor Install-What's your tip?

While installing a laminate floor I noticed the pull bar was scuffing the new boards. So I decided to add some padding by applying duct tape to the pull bar edge. Do you have any tips that helped you with your laminate installation? www.homerepairtutor.com

Haha, that's okay, I've used it for many different things, too.

LOL. You're totally right. Anytime I've used it for this purpose it never works out great. I only use the foil tape now days.

I use felt that is used for furniture. Its a tan color and I just peel the back off and stick to the underside of the pullbar that touches the flooring
