As most of you know I have a love for farmhouse decor along with working with wood pallets, so it will be no surprise that my project this month will be using leftover pallet scraps. Today I will be sharing how to create two different sized reclaimed pallet frames.
After going through our scraps of wood we have acquired from the many reclaimed pallet projects we have done in the past, 5 slats were collected to create one frame that you can either fill with a 46 picture or saying. and the larger one you could add 3 to 4 photos.

Step 1: lay out 3 pallet slats

Step 2: measure each piece in 10 1/2 inches in length and cut

Step 3: measure and cut 2 pallet slates 9 3/4

Step 4: after cutting all your pieces assemble your 3 - 10 1/2 slats side by side, take your 9 3/4 slats add gorilla wood glue to top and bottom wood slats. Let dry

Step 5: Flip over secure with nail brad gun (if you have a compressor ... I love my nail brad gun, especially on hard wood like pallet wood. There are electric staple/brad guns if you don't have a compressor )

Note: For the larger frame you will do the same thing other than the measurements will be different.
all frames were embellished with handcrafted clay flowers, twine/jute tied into bows creating a bit of a rustic elegance to my farmhouse DIY reclaimed Pallet frames.
