Try soaking with vinegar. Or spray vinegar and Dawn, mixed half and half, let sit for about 10 minutes or so and them sponge and rinse.

I read on Pinterest another tip for cleaning glass is to fill container with water, drop in some denture tablets. it will take several for an aquarium, once they turn from blue to clear, the glass should be clean. Take a sponge or cloth and wash out and the stains should be gone. Rinse and dry. Voila'.

Cascade dishwasher powder does a great job. Take about half a cup and mix with 1 cup hot water. Let sit to disolve. Use a rag or sponge to coat glass. Wait and rinse. We used it on our shower doors and it did a fantistic job with little effort required.

Use 000 steel wool. You will be amazed. If you don't believe it try it on an old piece of glass. We used it to clean headlights and wind shields.
