They look like pieces cut from either a pallet base or old fence posts. Pallets are made from several different types of wood. Seen them made from pine/fir, other woods and some from oak. If you have a Habitat Restore, they sometimes have reclaimed wood. Pallets are usually at retails stores when they receive restock, but many stores have them collected by a pallet company. It's lucky if you can find one that anyone will let you take. I actually saw that Home Depot sells small pallets and crates these days. Kind of chuckled when I saw them, but sometimes pallets are not easy to find depending on where you live. Might be cheaper to just get a 4x4 fence post and distressed them yourself....

So the last question, whats the measures? Length , depth, height ?

at the store the dimensions would be 4x4 or 6x6, but know that they are not true measurements. Example: a 2x4 measures about 2.5x3.5. Lengths at the store would be probably 6' or 8'. I don't think they would come in 10 or 12 foot lengths. (maybe special order). Reclaimed would already be cut wood to what the length would have for whatever it was used for. Looks like these were cut to the size of actual size of the post. I'm guessing 4x4. Remember when cutting you do loose some wood and you will need to take that into account when you cut. A 6' post is 72 inches, 12 inches would yield about 3 pieces. One 6' should get about 18.... measure the post to get your measurement and use that to measure the post out.

looks like pine, don't usually find 4bys or 6 bys in oak. Appears to have been left outdoors for a season after cutting off a post. Easily reproduced.
