All the supplies here are re-cycled items we had from around the house, so they were completely free, You can make it from new item. I put a list of supplies together for you in case you would like to make one for a gift or perhaps for yourself.
Water Spigot
Drill hole in paint can where you want to place spigot
Insert spigot and use hose clamp to hold in place
bend metal support strap into a handle and drill into place with metal screws
