DIY Party Favors

I'm planning a graduation party for my daughter in a few weeks, and was looking at party favors. Buying favors can get costly, so I decided to make the favors myself.
I picked up a bulk package of honey jars, some dipper sticks, chalkboard labels to fit the jars, a chalkboard marker and bakery twine.
First, I wrote the year on each of the labels first and then filled the jars with honey.
Using a long piece of twine, tie it tightly around the dipper stick. Leave a good amount of twine on each end to wrap around the jar a few times.
Wrap the twine with the dipper stick attached around the jar and secure tightly.
The labels can be customized whatever the occasion. The bakery twine also comes in other colors to match any party scheme. Keep the diameter of the labels in mind when purchasing, because they come in different sizes, as do the jars. The links to the exact ones I used can be found on my blog.
