What were the cup hooks drilled into a board in the kitchen for? The link takes me to keeping deer out of a garden.....frustrating first experience with Hometalk.

Was sent a direct link to the project. When I tried to get it off of the Offers.com site, it kept taking me to a site showing me how to keep. Deer out of a garden. It was frustrating due to this being my first use of Hometalk. Thanks to whoever sent the correct link.
