Priming the walls for a quartz application
The quartz floor looks fantastic!
The blend of quartz we applied is called Caramel
See how nicely this coats and seals the concrete block
Quartz walls are best used in Kennels, bathrooms, labs, etc. Anywhere where durability, chemical resistance and a crisp look is required

Saved ! This tavern flooring was terribly sealed and looked horrible. We screened the surface and flooded it with thick epoxy.
Epoxy saved this floor
The rich colors of the staining come thru along with a tough wear surface
Traditional acid stains applied outdoors with a tough sealer added for protection
We began to salvage the floor by screening the surface
You can see how poorly the existing sealer was applied
You have to be through but careful not to cut into the stained surfaces
Getting ready for epoxy overcoating
Traditional acid staining. We scrubbed it into the surface to create a faux effect of a large piece of wood
Here is what the stain looks like when dry
The sealer brings out the true colors
Check out this effect ! Looks like a large piece of exotic wood...
See how this all ties together?

These are GREEN staining products. We can adjust the look and feel of the flooring by adjusting the pressure in our spray unit.
Some rooms were to be darker. With GREEN stains, you can overcoat and darken any area.
See how this totally transforms a drab concrete flooring.
The gloss comes from a combination of the surface being hard and smooth, stains, 2 coats of sealer and 3 coats of professional floor wax.
This client just loves his basement flooring
The end result so compliments the home
The high satin finish was preferred over a high gloss.
Floodproof, easy to maintain, stained concrete is a great solution for basement spaces

Commercial parking areas need specialty primers to allow the coatings to bond properly
Seeking a specific color? We can match any color of the rainbow for custom needs!
Our client sought an anti-slip coating. We broadcast aluminum oxide into the epoxy's and back rolled them into the material. This leaves a surface which feels like rough sandpaper.
Here is where we began, an unfinished commercial space
The first step was to install an Elite Crete moisture vapor barrier
Once dried we installed an Elite Crete black epoxy base color
We covered the base color with a mix of coffee and brass metallic pigments suspended in clear epoxy
The floor is so reflective, its hard to photograph. Here is one pic where you can see the uncoated and coated areas. LOOK how deep the floor appears!
Every floor is a work of art and no two are alike.
The metallic epoxy floors are unlike any you can find. One of a kind, endlessly custom possibilities of colors and design.
A polished concrete garage floor project recently completed at Chateau Elan. 1000sf. Client LOVES it....
Fullers Hot Rods got a polished floor in their new wing. Grinding this warehouse space revealed many colors and variations. The owner is the host of 2 Guys Garage on the Speed Channel Network. This is an unstained natural floor.

This was our challenge. Start here.... make magic happen...
The floor properly ground and prepped for epoxy
2 coats of epoxy and a urethane top protective coating
Before - concrete spalling and looking worn out
After - concrete overlay replaces smooth surface. We then stained it for final approval
Adding a stress relief gap
Adding a Faux Coping Stone effect with tape
Its a BIG job !
The floor was diamond ground smooth, red stains were applied and sealers locked it down
A wider view of the room. It sure catches your attention!
Sealed with a breathable product allows any potential for mositure vapor to pass harmlessly
A really nice non-slip coating, very flexible material

Entry foyer of dealership, note all of the metallic pigment effects. It changes as you move,
The effect of "tadpoles" swimming under the surface was created within the layers of the flooring

This is what the room looked like after prep. Note the crack patching needed to clean up the floor
Finished flooring. A beautiful garage floor.
The cracks patched, surface cleaned.... ready for the overlay

This is Dark Gray with our standard gray chip blend
We just love these colorful floors!
The red has some orange in it making it sort of a brick red/terracotta hue.
From left to right, ya gotta admit, this garage now has some
Before the overlay...
Once the overlay was installed....
After cleaning and prep, ready to apply the new concrete skim coat
Re coated and sealed with a colored sealer. An amazing transformation. Looks like new again!
The guys working to ensure a durable, long term solution for this homeowner.
The original garage. Dull, dingy and lifeless. It also allowed for a lot of dirt to come inside.
Quite a transformation! This client had us come back to do another area of his home.
Notice how BRIGHT the room now is!
Crowded and blah - before
Red tile floor with gray flakes brightened the room. - After

before
and after...
Adding the metallic intermediate coat of a metallic flooring installation.
Big jobs call for big tools, check out the vacuum... Epoxy is being removed and the surface prepped.
Big floor grinders leave these piles of dust/debris in their wake
Pressure Washers and Surface Cleaners made quick work of the latent dust and floor debris.
Special Epoxy fillers were used on non-moving joints, spalls, etc.
Finally, roughing up and knocking down high spots around patched areas.
This is what we were handed...
and what we handed them....

Ready for customers !
The floor was saturated with silicone and in rough shape
After the 3rd cut at the floor and an acidic shock, the first coat was applied
The second coat added depth and durability to the floor
Finally, the drive lines were lain and a urethane was added to eliminate possible yellowing
The floor was fairly rough but salvagable by diamond grinding.
Its all in the details. Bobby ensures all of the edges are properly coated for inspection
Putting down the final coat. USDA approves !
Getting set up for the first coat of epoxy and chip broadcast.
Cracks patched and ready to coat
Here is the transition between the garage and the driveway

see the flag? Some clients think the floor is still wet....
Here is what a base light brown stain looks like when highlighted with Terracotta. It brought out the red hues in the floor. Like it? How about a thumbs up?
Before the stain went down. Note the clean condition of the floor.
Note the subtle tones which come alive in the sunlight
This was all done with GREEN materials and PRO application
A wider view of the room before waxing
and to think... this was a drab slab a few days ago...
As we have cleaned and prepped the room, when dry, the floor looks white
Although cleaned, you can still see the character of the floor...
You never know how the concrete will take the stain.... there will be variations in colors and depths.
It can be as bold or sedate as the homeowner wishes.
We were pretty happy with the way this one turned out!
