Vintage Trunk Coffee Table
An under-used antique steamer trunk becomes a charming and useful piece of storage furniture!
I recently moved this versatile piece to the end of my bed.
I gave this vintage trunk a new life starting with paint on the outside.
I reinforced the inside with two scrap boards from another project, giving me an area to screw the legs into from the bottom of the trunk.
I used metal legs that I removed from a broken stool I've had for many years.
And this once drab old trunk has a fresh new lease on life!
