I have several pests in my veggie and flower garden, need organic help

I have leaf miners on some plants. Small black beetle like bugs on my eggplant, and who knows what on some of my other plants. I have used neem oil on my roses, it seems to help, but does not help with the other pesky, plant killing insects. HELP!

The best organic control for leaf miners is probably a row cover. The University of Massachusetts-Amherst has some info here: http://extension.umass.edu/vegetable/insects/leafminer-beet-and-spinach The University of Missouri recommends the same for eggplant: http://extension.missouri.edu/p/G6369
