Lobster Pot Planter Needs Base

The cottage lobster pot has met its demise. I'd like to make it into a small herb container garden but I'd like a base. Perhaps I can find other lobster pots of various sizes and have 3 as a neat grouping. Any suggestions about the base?

shop thrift stores and find either other lobster pots or stock pots for planters. Use a drill to create drainage holes and if the pots are deeper than you need, fill with plastic bottles or pea gravel to bring up and save on potting soil

Look for microwave glass platter, the ones you see in thrift stores. The plate that goes round inside. I use those for bottoms on my garden totems. Glue on with E6000. Good and heavy and will not let go of pot.
