Ikea Kitchen Cart Makeover

Ikea Kitchen Cart Hack takes a damaged and worn kitchen cart and turns it into a pretty and practical sideboard!
When we originally bought this kitchen cart Ikea it was raw wood, and we just oiled the top. After about a year or so, I decided to paint it white and move it into our screen porch.
Unfortunately it suffered some water damage this past winter, but again I decided to give it a whole new look. It really does provide some excellent storage, so I wasn't ready to part with it yet.
I started by painting the top with chalkboard paint, and sealing it with 4 coats of paste wax to create a durable top. It kind of reminds of soapstone!
I then painted the entire base with chalk paint, lightly distressed it with sand paper in some areas, and finally sealed the finish with a coat of paste wax.
I know have a pretty and practical new sideboard. It is the perfect place to hold food and drinks when we are entertaining outdoors!

I've got mis-matched wood furniture in my guest bedroom. I've decided paint them to make them look like they are a set. I've decided on a blueish color and I love the color you've used. Can you share the brand and color?
