on its back. Found on blueberry plants. Some leaves chewed up ( I assume by this guy). Will damaged leaves turn into a damage plant? If so, whats the best remedy to remove the bug?

Picture's a little fuzzy. Looks like a beetle, maybe a fungus beetle.

I usually just handpick bugs like these (squash or down in soapy water). Maybe a common sexton beetle.

no idea on that. Sometimes I mix up some dish detergent and water to spray on plants with lots of bugs. If it doesn't work, at least it's cheap and non-harmful.

That looks a LITTLE like a lady bug 'dragon' but it's not long enough, but then the picture is out of focus and its backside may be curled under somewhat. Some call 'em lady bug alligators-- but they grow into lady bugs--and are VERY beneficial! Check it carefully before you kill them (they are carnivores-- they eat other bugs).
