In NJ we had all our blooms about one month ago. My understanding is that its because of the warm weather we have had. Our strawberry crop is already in about three weeks early as well and its much larger then years past. Our southern area of NJ is already producing corn as well. Just hope it all lasts.

It's been crazy here.....quince blooming before forsythia & daffodils, everything blooming about a month early. No local strawberries yet....as far as I know anyhow.

I canned my first tomatoes this year on June 18 earliest before that was July 13. Most everyone we know lost there gardens to weeds. We had so much rain.

Too early, too late and I lost a lot of plants to water logged soil this spring. It has been a weird spring and beginning to summer this year.
