I'm not familiar with your particular area, but I have been to many "re-use" building supply stores that salvage materials from older buildings. With the "Green" trend, these stores are becoming much easier to find. If that doesn't work, maybe a custom wood shop could fabricate it for you...but this alternative won't be cheap!....Good Luck!

Nice tip, Mr. Imagery. I recommend starting at the Habitat for Humanity Re-Stores, which are exactly what he is describing. As I would have guessed, being the home of Jimmy Carter, there are a lot of ReStores in Georgia. Here is a listing:
Thanks for the ideas guys! The Habitat Re-store is a great place for me to start. I have a significant amount to replace, so I'm afraid of the cost of anything custom right now!
You may also want to look for a "profile" that is close to yours. If you do, I would suggest a little larger base so that the damage that you do removing the old will be covered. Same for the casing (if there is room for a larger size)
