My MURAL in foyer.

This is for the lady in Tampa who painted the beach and gulf on a bland wall outside . I cannot find her tonight but had told her I would post my foyer mural.

The dull blank wall as one entered my foyer is changed to a friendly female Chinese Peacock and a road and fence in perspective.

So then I hung my deceased sister's birds with my deceased mother's Chinese male Peacock on bottom.

Entering the foyer, there was just a blank wall so I painted the Chinese female peacock with fencing and a road leading for perspective.

Then on the wall directly in front of the front door, I painted a column that appears to stand out from the wall. There I hung my sister's birds and below I hung my mother's male Chinese Peacock which hung in her bathroom for many years.

Still a work in Progress. I have 8 foot ceilings so the wall facing appears to be low because you cannot see the top of the faux column nor the ceiling anywhere. I can see I really could use larger trim and base boards when I get my hardwood floors.

I sent this to Paula (in Tampa) so she can see it. Great job!

Thank you Miriam. Is she the one with the gulf and beach scene? If EVER I have some spare time, I will play with my trees some. I feel the medium size trees on left have no character.

I finally found Paula and her mural in Tampa so she will not have a chance to miss my mural. Lol.

Yes she is. I should have posted a link to her profile, but I'm glad you found it :)
