I made a bear holding my mailbox. All you need is a sheet of plywood, paint and a skill saw. It was fun to make, now it is the neighborhood landmark. LOL
I had made a mail box into a horse once, used saw horse for legs, string mop for mane and tail, buttons for eyes and strips of vinyl for ears. It looked pretty good and the neighbors loved it. The bear does look really nice.
