Wine Bottle Wicks

When I started this project I felt like I had to really have a plan. I can show you how to decorate wine bottles all day long but what fun is it to have “Tiki Wine Bottles” without wicks. So, let's go make some wicks to light up that patio with!

Do the wicks come with the top piece that holds them in the bottle? There's no clear instructions here.

Judging from the number of people I've seen doing this, it is not a problem; they don't explode. But you should put this in the question section, above, where it says "ask the author". :)

For those worrying about them tipping over, you could sit them in a pottery saucer painted to match or a heavy glass candle holder to give them more bottom weight and keep them from tipping and causing an explosion.
