How to make soap your kids will actually use. DIY Homemade Shopkins Soap is a fun and easy kid friendly project.
These Shopkins soap were ready to pour in less then ten minutes and completely hardened and ready to use in 40 minutes. I used a coconut scent but you can use any scent you like. My daughter is in love with these soaps and uses them every chance she gets. Now getting her to wash her hands in no longer a chore.
Cut your large clear glycerin soap into ice cube sized pieces.

Place your soap pieces into a glass Pyrex measuring cup then microwave to melt them
Add in 1 tablespoon of your scent (I used Coconut) and if you are using glitter stir in now.

Place your Shopkins face down inside your molds

pour your melted soap over your Shopkins

Let cool at room temperature for 40 minutes

Carefully stretch the sides of your mold and press up on the bottom to remove your Shopkins soap.
I used a heart shaped plastic mold as well but the soap was very difficult to remove from the mold. so I wouldn’t use them again. They look pretty cute though. We also did a few soap with some Minecraft characters, she loves playing Minecraft. To See all the instructions please check out my blog www.asparklymess.com
