Very nice! -
this would be really cool with French doors & tinted glass! Love it!! -
I am opening my very own shop and plan on doing this to create a little get-away office space that is moveable! -
What is Helsman? -
I love this idea. I'd like to have a fence between me and a neighbor using doors like this. Ny husband has a few doors like this but has about 10 new side doors with windows that I am trying to figure out what to do with. They are meant to use beside a regular front door. -
It is a protective finish that is meant for outdoors. http://www.minwax.com/wood-products/exterior... -
Those are all the colors in my house. Love them and your beautiful privacy screen. Great idea! -

What a great idea. And a little funky. Love the topiary also - fits right in! -
that is so clever! -
Why not? Looks pretty cool....Brillant ! -
another terrific idea.... -
Brenda R. Are you talking about the side lite doors. They would make a very pretty screen too. You could use some tin or radiator cover tin cut to fit in the glass openings if you want more privacy. Or replace the glass with colored stained glass for privacy. -
Great for privacy -
Great idea.. -
Pretty!! What kind of paint did you use and what did you seal the with? -

how fun is that and so different -
Pam D, yes the side light doors are what he has. Some have stained glass, some have beveled glass with the TX star and all have some decorative glass in them. Very pretty and never used. Some still have the paper on them from the manufacturer. -
Brenda, then I would leave the glasses just the way they are. Mix then up when hindging them together. I think that would make a beautiful privacy screen. If they are not very wide since they are not regular door widths, You ay want to attach every 2 together so that they will be more stable when standing when the wind blows. That would keep them from toppling over or you could have your husband attached the ends to 4X4 posts concreted in the ground to keep them upright. Good luck and post a photo once done. I'd love to see your handiwork. -
oh,i love this!! :):) -
Okay, Pam D, if I ever get my husband started on them I will post a picture for sure. -
@Pam - tell him the HT members said to get his _____ in gear!! We're waiting to see this!! LOL
