Killing potato bugs

I have been gardening for about 20 years and the last 10 organic. This year I noticed for the first time that my potatoes were being eating by potato bugs. Back in the old days I might have used a l bug killer purchased at the store. I was wondering if anyone knew of an organic way to kill the little buggers?

Try using a horticultural oil mixed with water.
