Wonderful rich colors! I especially like the way you completed the theme with the window treatment.

SO AWESOME AND NOT NOT NOT OVER THE TOP? AND if I was such a good artist, I wouldn't worry about things like thakt. What makes you smile is really the imortant thing, but I think this made ALL of us smile. I wanted a room that had lions and tigers etc. painted on my wall when i was little, with big palm fronds and a hammock to sleep in. I DID NOT GET IT. bUT before the smiley face came into existence, i found wallpaper with millions of little and big black and white faces two eyes and a ...»
smile. Walls painted black. It was a work of art that my father loving gave to me. I wil post it. I give you many many kudos on this room.

Are parts of the mural 3 dimensional? If not I swear it looks like it. The more I look at the walls, the more I love your work. I think I will never grow up, because I just love every little tiny part of it all.

Will definitely post it to you. It's been MANY years lol, but I took tons of pics in that room, from getting dressed to getting married to getting dressed for my parents funeral. It always made me happy. It's lovely when a room can do that. Funny aside@ when we sold the house I asked new owner can I come look at the room from time to time, He repied" of course, we love it", was riding by one lonely day and actually knocked and was told by his roomate , we don't have any black room, with ...»
tons of smiling faces, that's the first thing we painted! How funny. Well. one persons's treassure........Thanks for bringing back those memories to me Anita.

This is really fabulous! I don't know if you also painted the small sealife pictures of the turtle and fish, etc...but they sure fit beautfully with the colors and perectly positioned within the "tentacles"....and I really like the 3D effect you got with the deepwater tubes and coral...this is just a wonderful room!

Karen V, I so hope I too get to see those pictures? I am still amazed at how easy it is for people to just boldly, without shame.... just LIE. I know it, but still am hurt by those that do.

To Sheryll S. I'm not quite sure I get the implication. That the room I had was a lie? I'm sorry if I haven't gotten to it to post it I am 57 and was in my teens when I had the room. But if I have to search for days I will. I just read this on Sunday , June 3, so give me a few days. I was really amazed at how easily people can and do say some of the things they do. What would be the point of going on this site, if I just intended to lie about things? Your negativity is really misdirected. ...»
But if I do nothing else I will Post the room just for you. Thank You for making my Sunday so depressing, Karen Vicchairelli.

I think Karen she meant the people who bought the house lied that they would keep your room.

Well, then I really feel a fool. I would have liked to delete wha I wrote, but if I am wrong, I will certainly admit to it. I so enjoyed a site that was a group of women (and men) who were coming together to help each other, and encourage each other. Unlike some of the social networks, like fb, where the younger people go through so much drama, this site was so positive. I guess I was guilty of doing just that. Drama. If I took this comment the wrong way then to Sheryll S , I extend my ...»
deepest apology. I spent most of the day going thru boxes and while I only found a really bad pic, I did get so much cleaning done lol. For that I'm grateful. Again, I'm sorry if I reacted foolishly. My apologies and regrets are sincere.

Karen I can't speak for anyone else but hopefully I do by saying don't sweat it! Cleaning can do that to the best of us! This is a great site and everyone is very encouraging. Don't be discouraged by misreading something and responding. We're human and we all have moments. I do hope one of your pictures turns up.

Thank You both. It makes me feel a little better for jumping into paranoid mode. I do really love this site. Anyplace where women are sharing and doing projects that they created without asking a man to do it for them is great lol. I love everyone's creativity and basically sunny dispositions. It meant a lot to me that you both took the time to reassure me. Thank you.both very much!

Karen V, I myself also thought it was very thoughtful from Anita Roll Murals to come out and make things better as this was just a misunderstanding from your part. She should be the one with the credit, but thank you for also accepting my support in the matter.

You did it again, Anita. Every time you post a room you've created I'm amazed and not only by the excellent execution but by your singular creativity. Oh, how I'd love to have a fraction of your talent. ( I'm the original 'straight line with ruler' type).

Thank you Connie! I really appreciate your comments. Don't be afraid to try some painting Connie. I've been at it for years but was very nervous in the beginning. I got better as I went along. Trial and error.

@Karen V. - unfortunately we all jump to conclusions sometimes and then would like to bite our tongues off!! FYI - anytime you make a comment and want to change, add, delete or whatever, there is a place in the upper right corner of your comment which allows you to delete or edit!! I've used it fairly often myself!! OK, I just now used it, it's NOT IN THE UPPER RIGHT, its at the bottom right next to the like button!!

Back to the room, it is beautiful, the palette is very nice. I cant stand plain rooms so have some rooms with just one wall in geometric patterns. I wish I was as creative as this gal. Awesome
