oh em gee! I have just this splintered part of a rake in my take out pile!!! -
Hey Karen, Ya better go & grab it before it does take a hike!! .. I have used our's for hanig-up our dog's leashes, in my kitchen for hanging my cooking utensil's from, in my bedroom for my jewlery/chains on & hubbie has it out in his garage for hanging all kind's of things on.. .. When we go to garage sales, this item is one of the 1st. things we look for.. :) .. -
I love them , I used them in my garden . -
you can find tons of these for inexpensive at antique stores -
cool idea -
I never toss anything until I am completely resigned that there is nothing else it can be used for. I am glad I held onto this rake head.

I understand that! My yard sales always stink because only the used up and no longer useful to me items make it out there- and everyone recognizes it as junk! Meanwhile- my house looks like something out of Horders! I'm not- not really! -
I'm not a hoarder, just eclectic. Word to live by are Waste not Want not, I can't really put a name to my decor other then Comfortable and cozy. There isn't a new piece of furniture in my home other then what is new to me. Friends always say that my house makes them feel at ease. Its probably because they are worried about relaxing and disturbing something.

Alrighty! This is my 4th idea I've seen on Hometalk for use of old rakes. No wonder I could never bring myself to toss these! In my plans to use them in the shed and in the garage. This idea just keeps kicking me in the pants! -
