Outdoor cart - what is the best way to paint it?

I have this outdoor cart it's white and it does not go with anything on my deck. What is the best paint to use for this job? It's made of metal.
White metal cart with glass tops.
Rustoleum or Hammerite Paint for Metal Outdoors.
Sand with 220 grit sand paper and then use Rustoleum in your color of choice. You can clear coat if you like. For the application of paint, use light layers so it does not run.
