What kind of tree?

In south Louisiana, there are some of these planted around parking lot of a commercial development. Tried looking it up. Maybe some type of Beech?

To me, this looks like a Chinese Elm. Based on the leaf structure.

I don't know the different kinds of elms, but it does look like the elms in the woods behind my house. At least that's what I've always thought of them as. The leaves and the tree structure.
