My Friend has a Yucca plant which has several runners this year, When is a good time to transplant them? Thank you

    I believe spring is the best time to transplant yucca, before the summer heat.

    well in Oregon you can throw them in a big pile and they will just grow from that pile...in the dead heat...believe it or not! I call them a WEED around here! @Phil Bauman . I try and try and try to rid myself of them then gave a bunch to my mom and she threw them in a big pile and planted them a year later and they came right up!

    I think they are beautiful, And I never thought they would grow in Oregon. I thought they were warm weather plants. But it is good to learn, I love this site.
