I'd like to know more about this Eastlake dresser

Hi, can anyone confirm or re-direct me about this dresser? I bought it at an estate sale and I'm not sure what it's worth if anything before I paint or refinish. And the hall tree is a mystery too. Thank you for your time.

Are you finishing the piece for your self or to re-sell the piece?

DO NOT PAINT YOUR GREAT FINDS! I WAS AN ANTIQUES DEALER FOR MANY YEARS IN UPSTATE NY. JUST BUY A CAN OF GOOP HAND CLEANER, SOME #0000 STEEL WOOL PADS, RUB IT TO CLEAN W/GOOP, WIPE CLEAN W/OLD TEE SHIRT. THE VALUE IS IN THE ORIGINAL FINISH. GREAT FINDS, GOO LUCK.
