Simple Summer Sorbet

Making sorbet is about the easiest summer dessert you can make. You need two ingredients and a bit of time. I used POM juice and a little sugar to sweeten it up, but any juice would work.
Before serving, freeze your bowls and your Sorbet won't melt as fast and plus it looks cool!
If it's really hot and you are serving outside, you may even want to place your bowls that were in the freezer on a tray of ice so that your Sorbet doesn't melt too fast.
First, put your juice and sugar in a ziplock bag and place on a tray in the freezer for about three hours. Then cut the bag open and put the chunks into the bowl of a Cusinart fitted with the steel blade and puree until really smooth. Empty the contents into a loaf pan and spread evenly and freeze overnight. Scoop into small bowls and add a sprig of fresh mint.
