Humming bird feeder

got these tubes in a box of stuff I picked up. Daughter saw some on website and started making them.

    Not sure, they were in bags marked as feeder tubes. I was not sure how they worked until my daughter looked them up. Our hummers really seem to like them though.

    She used some 12 gauge copper wire from some electrical cable we had left over from a re-wire. If I were going to purchase copper wire for this project I would get a 14 gauge, much easier to work with, 12 gauge is pretty stiff.
