got these tubes in a box of stuff I picked up. Daughter saw some on website and started making them.

She used some 12 gauge copper wire from some electrical cable we had left over from a re-wire. If I were going to purchase copper wire for this project I would get a 14 gauge, much easier to work with, 12 gauge is pretty stiff.

These are gorgeous, but apparently I'm missing something - how do they drink from this? I have several tubes and would love to do this. :-)

I had an impossible issue with wasps and yellow jackets which eventually chased all the hummers away.
