Inspired by Donna from Funky Junk Interiors, we decided to make a version of her pallet sofa, only full size!! It cost us about $120 to make our custom outdoor sofa from pallet wood and a trash-picked futon frame. Please come and read all about it:

We waterproofed the wood with Thompson's Water Seal and the pillows are made with outdoor canvas material. Visit the blog post to read more about all of the details!
Sharon W from Memphis - all of the wood was sanded before it was protected. I apologize if that wasn't spelled out our post about building it. I'll add it to the instructions.
