Paul, I just checked Kohei's website. It's beautiful. I'm looking to get my front and back yard landscaping done but I have a budget. Is he expensive?

I have only worked with him on high-end residences. The only way to find out what you can get done is to have him out to talk with you about your project. He will probably have may good ideas about achieving effects in a cost effective manner.
