Need a quick 4th of July t-shirt for the kids? We made these easy Sharpie tie dye shirts in less than 10 minutes. Kids can totally make these patriotic t-shirts!
All you need is a plain white t-shirt. We used one that we already had. You also need Sharpie permanent markers (in the color you desire), a piece of cardboard to go between the front and back layer of the shirt, and rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle.
Color the t-shirt however you want. We did fireworks on this one.
This flag was easy to make too. It's okay if it doesn't look perfect because you are going to make it look like tie dye in a few minutes. Depending how long your kids take to draw their design, depends on the time of this project.
When you've finished coloring, spray with rubbing alcohol. For more detailed steps and info on this, please visit my blog link.
Let the colors spread and dry. The alcohol dries quickly. And you're done! Visit my blog for more detailed information!
Kids will love making their own shirt in minutes!
