Easiest pallet bed you'll ever see. Lay 4 pallets on a spray painted rug.

Paint only the pallets you'll be able to see around the mattress and then accessorize maybe with some homemade candles, signs and pillow covers. Oh, and then put it on your roof to create a rooftop bedroom. And, if you live in the Caribbean ... then it will be a Caribbean rooftop bedroom ... and who doesn't want one of those?!? What size is this bed? Just curious,as I really like this idea but I have a cali-king bed and wonder just how many pallets this would take.

Therese - This is a full mattress on 4 pallets. The pallets I found are 48'' x 40'' each. Have fun with the project if you do make one. Please feel free to link it up to my facebook page to share, I'd love to see it. :)

I have a black and white themed bedroom that depicts the success and failures of Hollywood dreams, and I think this would work in nicely..sounds weird huh?..This is the mural I painted for the failure side and i have Monroe on the upside. The whole idea of the room is to feel like you are on the success side looking out at the failure side and remembering just how quickly you could be there again. I know, I am a strange bird but it makes sense to me.
