How to Accentuate Details When Painting Furniture

There are a few ways you can accentuate the detail on your furniture pieces, when painting them. Here are some of the techiniques I’ve used to do that.
1. Glaze - Black or white glaze is a great way to accentuate cracks, details, corners, even the shape of the furniture piece. The basic formula for glaze is 1 part glaze mixture and 1 part paint mixture. I also usually add a few drops of water to the mixture.
